Delivery Options

All orders placed BEFORE 11:00 are packed and shipped the same day*. Orders placed AFTER 11:00 will be processed the following working day.

Free delivery

Free delivery will be applied for orders over £49 (excludes zones 2 and 3).
For trade orders free delivery is offered on orders over £100.

Royal Mail 48hr

This is the default option for all orders 2kg and under. This service generally takes 2 working days but transit times can vary during busy periods.

Royal Mail 24hr

This option is available for all orders 2kg and under. This service generally takes 1 working day but transit times can vary during busy periods.
Price: £4.99

Courier 24hr

This option will be applied for all orders over 2kg. Then service generally takes 1 working day but transit times can vary during busy periods.
Price: £6.49

Zone 2: The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE AB31,AB33-38,AB45,AB52-56,FK17-21

Returns Procedure

We offer a 30 days money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable then please notify us by email or phone stating the reason for the return within 30 days of receipt. Any items MUST be sent back complete with triggers and packaging and ANY FREE gifts included and received by us within 30 days of receipt. We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service or use special delivery if you wish your items to be insured. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent. The postage cost is not reimbursed.

Refund Procedure

In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 30 days of you receiving them. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. PLEASE NOTE - we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first either via e-mail (preferred method) and ALL returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip.

In the case of faulty goods returned within 30 days, we will refund any postage costs upon request.
